AREA ALL-STATE FESTIVAL 2025

• Nominations accepted until September 16th on DaCapo
• Selection Committee will meet September 19th starting at 4:00pm at Suffern HS.
• Area All-State Festival will be at Suffern HS on November 22 and 23 at Suffer HS
• We will have a Zone 9 meeting on Friday of the festival at 7:00pm.
• Dan McCarter is the festival chair so please contact him for any specific AAS questions.

April 4&5- Monroe Woodbury MS-  No AS
April 25&26- Kingston HS
May 2&3- Liberty HS
May 16&17- The Mount Academy- This will serve as our only Jazz Site (Reg. and AS)
May 30&31- TBD

May 12&13- Wallkill HS- Choral- This will be our only choral clinic site for those interested.
May 14&15- Wallkill HS- Instrumental- This will be our only instr. clinic site for those interested.
May 22&23-Monroe Woodbury HS- Instrumental
June 3- Kingston HS-  Choral
June 5&6- Kingston HS- Instrumental

The Executive Committee approved the following fee schedule for Solo Festivals and Majors that will take effect this upcoming Spring 2025.

SOLO Festivals
Level 1-4 $20
Level 5-6 $30
Level 1-4 Piano $26
Level 5-6 Piano $36
All State- $36

Major Organization
Levels 1-3  $210
Level 4  $245
Levels 5-6 $315

School Participation Fees, All State and Area All-State fees will increase in 2025-2026.  You can find this information on the NYSSMA website.
