Description
At Green Room Music, our mission is to build community through music! We offer both private and group instruction in a variety of instruments for all ages (including adults!). We are opening in the fall of 2024 with a brand new facility, right across the street from the Mount Kisco MNR train station. We are in search of a few great teachers in: - Piano - Voice - Guitar - Drums - Strings - Brass - Woodwinds
Requirements
- A love of teaching children and seeing them grow as musicians
- Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage their schedule via online portal (Opus1)
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
- Passion for music education and a commitment to fostering a love of music in all students.
- Bonus points for: degree in music, professional performance experience, or other significant relevant experience
