Welcome to the NYSSMA All State online application area. This area is to be used SOLELY by the school music teacher of the student applying for All State.

Some brief instructions:

  • Each teacher must enter his/her own students' application.
  • Please have all of your students' information handy before starting.
  • Make sure your computer is attached to a printer and that you have high quality, WHITE letter size paper loaded.
  • After entering your MENC ID NUMBER and home ZIP code below, you will be asked to confirm your identity on the next page. After confirming your identity, you will then be asked to confirm your personal and school information.
  • The remainder of the online form consists of entering your student's information, and printing out the application.
  • Retain a copy of the completed form for your records. Send signed copy to local festival chairperson 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO FESTIVAL.
  • Please note that your student will not be eligible for an audition until:
    • the application form is completed, signed and received by the festival chair
    • the student is registered for the festival (using Form A) and the fees have been paid
    • the school participation fee has been paid
